The V2X Cluster

The V2X Cluster is a joint initiative bringing together like-minded projects working on vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technologies. It aims to support the objectives of its member projects by fostering continuous knowledge exchange, collaboration, and mutual feedback. The cluster also strengthens dissemination efforts by encouraging joint participation in events and conferences, developing shared materials and documents, and expanding the reach and visibility of its sister projects.

Currently, eight active projects are working together to advance efficient V2X mobility across Europe. 

AHEAD in the cluster

AHEAD joined the V2X Cluster in June 2025. Since then, project partners have participated in joint events of the cluster, such as V2G Leaders Europe, and actively contributed to knowledge exchange on V2G technologies, the use of AI for charging infrastructure planning, and flexibility services. AHEAD also currently chairs the cluster’s AI Working Group, which focuses on developing a common vision for the use of artificial intelligence in electric mobility.
